S01-E223 - Cayler Ellingson’s Alleged Killer Free On $50k Bail - 220926

Shannon Brandt is accused of killing 18 year old Cayler Ellingson at 2:35am by running him down with his SUV. Brandt called 911 and said he did it. He also said Cayler was part of a Republican extremist group. A North Dakota Highway Patrol spokesperson said there is “no evidence to support Brandt’s claim”. No reason was given for the unusually small bail amount.
